Our core philosophy is that your photos belong to you. CutOut is designed to perform its image processing (background removal) locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework. We do not upload, process, or store your photos on our servers.

We may collect limited diagnostic and analytical data to improve the Service, such as crash reports and basic usage metrics, provided you have opted in to share such data with developers via your iOS Settings.

2. In-App Purchases

Our Service offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. We use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to manage and sync your subscription status. We do not process or store your payment information directly.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
